Using Revspex
These terms govern your use of Revspex on the web and in the iPhone app, including your account, garage, photos, notes, documents, subscription features, and AI-assisted tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; if you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Revspex is not intended for children under 13.
Your cars and content
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, documents, and other content you upload. You grant Revspex permission to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the features you use. Only upload materials you own or have permission to use, including vehicle manuals. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, or someone else’s private information without permission.
Car information and automated features
Revspex provides information to help you organize and understand your car. It does not inspect, diagnose, repair, or certify a vehicle. Automated identification, document extraction, model generation, maintenance suggestions, and AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm vehicle details and consult the correct manufacturer documentation before acting. For repairs or safety concerns, consult a qualified professional. Never use the service while driving.
Subscriptions, billing, and availability
Your first car is free, and adding more than one car requires an active subscription. Available plans, prices, currencies, billing periods, and features may vary by platform, storefront, and region and will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Purchases made on the web are billed and managed through the payment method and controls shown on the web service. Canceling stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Access to paid features may change when a subscription expires. Some features are under development, and a coming-soon feature is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date.
Account and personal-data deletion
You may request deletion of your login and personal profile through available account controls or by contacting support. When completed, deletion is permanent and you will no longer be able to sign in or recover access. Vehicle records and their related history may be retained in anonymized form with the account ownership and personal profile removed. Retained anonymous records cannot be reclaimed by creating another account. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or records we must retain by law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user’s garage, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, misuse automated features, or scrape private information. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, payment issues, or legal obligations.
Service limitations
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free information. Keep your own copies of important records. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revspex disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, changes, and contact
